E-Lab 7.2.10 - Integrating Static Routes with RIP In this lab you will enable RIP to propagate static routes. In this scenario Vienna is directly connected to network 172.25.0.0/24, but is not advertising it. However, the administrator of Berlin wishes to advertise a route to 172.25.0.0/24. Step 1.1 The router is currently in the global configuration mode. Define a static route to the network 172.25.0.0/24 through the interface with address 172.31.0.2. Step 1.2 Now enter router configuration mode for RIP. Step 1.3 Configure the router to propagate the route to 172.25.0.0 by allowing static redistribution.
