to compile:
  make new project, use ncrt0.a30 and sect30.inc
  compile project
  go into ($dir)/mtool/bin
  run lmc30 [$path_to_file)/project_name.x30
  flash chip!

to flash
  pop on "the jumper"
  open flashsta.exe
  set appropriate com port
  refer to *.mot file
  input id
  ok
  EPR
  done!
  exit, turn off power, remove jumper.
